The Resin (Retsini) comes from the Greek Pine, Pinus Halepensis. For thousands of years it has been used in
traditional medicine due to its dermatological, respiratory, antioxidant, rheumatic, pneumonic, and various others
healing properties.
Since ancient times it has been used as a natural preservative for the preparation of the Greek wine Retsina. We
collected from the pines of our estate the excellent quality natural resin and with a lot of passion and love we put
the breath of the pine in our wine.
